Monthly Events. CPCG provides a variety of ways for people to have 'their shout', including monthly meetings at venues around the borough. Your chance to put your questions directly to the borough's senior police officers. These meetings are held on the first Tuesday of every month except August. Stop and Search. Lambeth's Stop and Search Monitoring Group is the longest running in the Capital. It's latest report shows that the number of Stops and Searches in Lambeth has been falling, and the arrest rate rising, without any deleterious effects on crime fighting. CPCG for Lambeth relies is community led relies on voluntary effort. It has just one employed Administrator and office space funded by the Metropolitan Police Authroity and project work is funded by the Safer Lambeth Partnership.
